Hi! I’m Hope! I started working out to work through depression, anxiety, and poor self-confidence. I fell in love with taking care of my body physically, giving it what it needs nutritionally, and appreciating everything it does for me daily. Living a healthy lifestyle changed my life and I want to bring that joy to other women! But first, I wanted to learn how to do it right! I earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology and Health and minor business to understand what it takes to reach goals in the most effective and efficient way!
I have been working in the fitness industry for four years. I have developed skills that will excite, educate, and motivate you to become the best version of yourself. I gained a deep understanding of what it takes physiologically and psychologically to lose fat and gain muscle. I will teach you how to properly recover so that each workout makes you stronger, faster, and fitter than before. I have a broad range of experiences and knowledge in the field. I have worked in a hospital, laboratory, physical therapy clinic, corporate wellness, group fitness studio, and gym. Living a healthy lifestyle is different for everyone, together we will discover what it means to you and how you can achieve it.
